About
Over the last decade, I've been growing, nurturing and photographing gardens and plants for my own pleasure and since starting a blog in 2014, I've become just a little bit obsessive about the quality of my photographs!
In 2017, I had a wonderful success as overall runner up in the National Gardens Scheme 90 year anniversary competition; and then came the icing on the cake - my photograph appeared in the Gardener's World magazine 2018 calendar.
Seeing my work in print was a great experience and I was spurred on to learn more about taking good photographs (there was a lot to learn!).
With some invaluable help with the technicalities of picture quality, I've recently become a contributor on GAP Gardens, a leading supplier of plant and garden photography. What more encouragement do I need to keep doing something I love!
